Participants were very excited to attend the Program EXCITE. The said program was a joint program of the Rizal Provincial Government, DepEd - Rizal & Antipolo, and URS. Scholars of Batch 11 were catered at the University of Rizal System - Morong on November 21 - 25, 2011.
